Turn on AI
Set up AI in Cliezoo with the AI provider built into WordPress, choose where AI is offered and what data leaves the site, and use the Pro assistant.
AI in Cliezoo is off until you turn it on, and you decide where it may be used.
Step 1: Choose a provider
Go to Settings → AI. The free plugin offers two providers:
- WordPress AI (Connectors): uses the AI provider you set up in WordPress under Settings → Connectors. The key stays in WordPress; Cliezoo never sees it.
- Revoye: Degird’s own AI service, with a Revoye key.
If the list is empty, set up a provider in WordPress at Settings → Connectors first.
Step 2: Decide where AI helps
On the same page:
- Use AI in this workspace: the main switch.
- What AI may be used for: pick tasks such as writing, summaries or reply drafts.
- Where AI is offered: choose modules, such as conversations, requests, tasks, docs, files, clients and projects.
- What leaves the site: mask personal data before it is sent.
- Limits: how many AI runs each person may make per hour.
Who may use AI is part of each role, so you can switch it off for some people.
Step 3: Use it
Look for the AI options in editors and threads: write, rewrite, shorten, translate, change tone, summarise and draft replies. Every AI action is recorded in the AI log.
With Cliezoo Pro
- AI assistant: press Ctrl/Cmd + J or click Ask AI in the top bar. Ask about your workspace and confirm the actions it proposes.
- Your own keys: adapters for Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, Perplexity, OpenRouter, any OpenAI-compatible gateway, and local models through Ollama or LM Studio, with an encrypted key vault and budgets.
- AI in automations: each AI step has an approval level (suggest, draft or auto-run). Anything that deletes, sends or touches money always waits for a person.
